The countdown to Christmas is on! We are getting in the Christmas spirit and from 1-24 December, we will be running two Christmas advent competitions (this one for #KindChildren and another for our #ChristmasStars) on our facebook page.
It’s always a struggle to teach our children that Christmas is about giving and not receiving. So while they are tearing through their chocolate advent calendars and starting the day on a sugar high, put some of that energy to good use and follow our “Kindness advent calendar” with acts of kindness towards their friends, family, neighbours and surrounding communities. You can download a copy on here…but check back to our Learning In Reach facebook page for a daily update with tips and advise to connect you with those in need and to share your success stories, photos and suggestions.
EVERY WEEK our kind ambassadors who share their stories will be entered to win some holiday reading material from our amazing partner, The Book People. One lucky child will be selected and published on our main Learning In Reach Facebook Page at 7pm every Friday.
